There was the update that was released, and I installed it....
Then I formatted my machine, now I am looking through the updates, it is not showing as installed and it is not showing for download...
Any ideas?
Thanks

So you did an update, reformatted your hard drive and reinstalled OS X. Now you want to install the update again, but it doesn't show up on Software Update?
This is just a hypothesis, but maybe the update updated your firmware--which wouldn't have been affected by formatting your Mac?

Bingo. Battery updates are done via FlashROM, IIRC.
