greetings

i've tried to burn a vcd... so i've encoded my .mov to mpg... really worked fine... now i wanted to encode the mpg to mp4... just to see the difference (btw, i've deleted the .mov), but in my new mp4 file (generated with Q6) there was no sound... this question might be absolutely lame (i'm still a beginner in encoding), but how do i encode mpg to mp4 or anything else... i've got the same problem with every format... even FCpro 3 doesn't recognize the sound

Thats cuz the audio is muxed with the video, demux it from the video then work with that.
