Hello, I am a newbie with web design, apache, etc. I have a question which I think has a simple answer but I just can't figure it out.

My website is currently accessible at

http://www.myhost.com/~user/web/index.php

I want to move the web folder or map that address so that I only have to type in

http://www.myhost.com/

which file do I change and which directories do I work with?

Thanks in advance.

Put your files in /Library/WebServer/Documents/ instead.
