I saw an article on Slashdot about SPF authentication and I'd like to set it up on my server, but I'm a little confused about exactly how to set it up.

I found a wizard to help create the config file here. Do I need to add this to the Postfix config file? Also, it asks, "Do any other servers send mail from mydomain.com?". My server is my home computer, on a dynamic IP address. Although my domain name is associated with my IP address (using DynDNS), there is also a domain name given by my ISP, which changes with the IP address. Do I need to add this ISP supplied domain name to the config?
