I recently picked up a copy of Sim City Classic. I have an imac 266. Sim City asks for 16 colors and there is no option to change my imac to less than 256 colors. Any options???

Thanks

Seems like a ResEdit edit might change that requirement, but I'm not sure. Anyone got any ideas?

Or, since it appears your're interested in "retro" software, you might want to check out old Mac systems on eBay.

You could get an old mac emulator from emulation.net, although i'd say an actualy old mac off eBay is probably the best way to go, old macs off ebay rule, i got 3 of them and i plan on getting more!

You can't legally use the old mac emulator unless you have a Mac Plus, because you need a ROM file. The emulator would be faster than using the Mac Plus, but you would have to have a Mac Plus all the same.
