Your post is not clear.

Do you mean
"Can I connect the USB keyboard to my macbook" ?
-> YES

Will it conflict ?
With what ? The MB keyboard ?

-> No, it won't.

Many people use a separate keyboard with their MB at their desk. I personally use a bluetooth keyboard to reduce the number of wires on my desk.

I too use an external keyboard.I use it with my G4 17" PowerBook. I even carry it in my case when I and my Mac go somewhere. It is the aluminum cased keyboard. A very good friend gave it to me after he purchased a Bluetooth keyboard. It works flawlessly.

I have the bluetooth keyboard for use with my macbook pro connected to an external LCD. Works great. I had the full-size USB keyboard also, but didn't like it (too large, made me keep the mouse too far right).

When I purchase my MacBook sometime this July, I plan on also purchasing, like tinkered, the wireless Bluetooth keyboard. I guess it will prolong the effects of typing at least for a little while; I'm not going to carry the keyboard wherever I go, I'll just keep it at my desk along with the wireless Bluetooth Might Mouse.

But to answer your question, you can connect USB's to the MacBook without a problem (assuming they're Mac compatible or whatever). That's what they're there for!

All USB keyboards are Mac-compatible.
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.
