How did you spend New Year's? What are your resolutions?
I made a cake with my wife and daughter. Then we listened to the Pet Shop Boys and ate the cake.
I quit drinking five months ago. My resolution is to stay sober.
Happy New Year MacNN.

Hello person from the future. New years is tomorrow!
I am not sure what I will be doing yet. Preferably getting unsober and naked.
For resolutions; I want to hit the gym 3x a week. Right now I'm going 2x a week and have noticed a huge difference in just a few months. I've put on about 15lbs of muscle.
Also want to become a better listener, walk my dog every morning, and learn how to rebuild a porsche 911 engine.

Doubt 2013 is going to be happy.
But let's give it the benefit of the doubt, until politicians and bureaucrats will screw it up. Won't take long.

I need to lose a few pounds. No more pizza, fries, bread, or pasta. A few sit-ups wouldn't hurt.
Less Guinness and more scotch seems like a good plan too.
No more AAA games. Time to enjoy the indies. (After I finish the Arkham City stuff.)
Less MacNN. Less Fark. Less Reddit.

More sleep. I've just spent the last 3 days being near comatose, to try and recover from a stressful hectic month. More sleep would help me have more energy for the other things (exercise, updating my website, walking the dog, doing more projects with the kids).

We had 12 in the house last night (6 adults and 6 terrorists). Some fine food (salmon, fois gras etc) and some fine wines and fine company. Finished at 2am. Woke up at midday and the head is killing me. Thankfully the 1st is a day off in France.
