Hello : )

I just installed Panther yesterday (10.3.1) and I'm already experiencing some odd Finder behaviour:

1) I can't open .dmg files. When I double-click on an image file (.dmg), it quits the Finder. When the Finder returns, the image is mounted but when I double-click that mounted image, the Finder quits again. I can never access the content of the image, because it quits the Finder.

2) The "Get Info" command doesn't work at all, either by selecting the file and hitting command-I or by control-clicking the file and selecting "Get Info". Nothing happens...

Anyone had similar problems?

Sounds like a bad install if this is happening straight away.
