Sorry for opening yet another Safari thread, but I've just noticed this recently...
I used to be able to do a save as from the contextual menu, which was handly because it allowed me to rename the saved file. Butt after the upgrade all I see is the "Download Linked File" option, which just saves the file as is (without the rename feature).
Can anyone confirm if this is just a 1.3 problem or has it been gone since 1.2? :???:

Nope, doesn't work for me. Holding option while clicking on a file will cause it to download the file immediately (no Save As... dialog box). So in effect Option-clicking the file is the same as "Download linked file."

Search doesn't work with the new forum software?
This has been discussed several times already, even in a dedicated thread that is still on the first page.

I think he meant option-right click, or option-control-click.

I've run some really obvious searches in the last few days and had them turn up with zero results. "Repair Permissions" got zero hits in the OS X forum. You know that's just not right.
