I've already spent about an hour searching the internet for various trailers where it might come from... the closest I've been able to find to something that sounds like it is the song from the Paprika trailer, and I do think that I might have originally heard it from an anime-related trailer.
The only lyrics I remember is a very "powerful" woman's voice singing either "Set you FREEEEEEEEEEEEE" or "and I'm set FREEEEEEEEEEEEE". I know that's not a lot to go on but for some reason the Paprika tailer music (which is also awesome) reminds me of it; I can easily hear her voice over that track.
Now... the problem is that I've been searching and listening to so many variants of this that I no longer have the exact sound in my head. Particularly troubling to me is that Cowboy Bebop's "Blue" (which I have) satisfies the above criteria (it has a "powerful woman" singing "FREEEEEEEEEE"). I do not think, however, that "Blue" is that song... though I could be wrong. I think the song I'm thinking of has more of an electronic vibe to it, and the woman's voice isn't as "intense" as it is in "Blue".
I know this is a long shot... but it's worth trying anyway, anyone know what song I'm referring to?

It's not Everybody's Free (To Feel Good) by Tim Cox and Nigel Swanston featuring Rozalla by any chance is it?

Ah, Black Box. One of my favorites.
Ride on Time was actually the best song.

Just popped into my head. But then again ...I HAVE been watching a lot of Venture Bros. lately. (It's the opening song from Season 2, episode 1)

Ha! When I read the description, it popped into my head for exactly the same reason. GO TEAM VENTURE!

Trivia
An eighth of the budget of this episode was spent on licensing for the song Everybody's Free (To Feel Good) by Tim Cox and Nigel Swanston featuring Rozalla, which played over the opening montage.

I'm actually not a fan of "Ride on Time." I'd go with "I Don't Know Anybody Else" or the remix of "Strike It Up" as my favorites.
