Does anyone here happen to know of websites where you can post requests for "design-work" type stuff? I'm specifically looking for someone to make me a nice&shiny OS X application icon, and I have cash to offer.
I know there's Pixish, but are there any others like it?

I see a lot of similar jobs posted on Craigslist.
OTOH, there are some quite talented designers and artists right here...

Hmm... thanks, I'll check that out. Edit: Actually, where on craisglist specifically? It seems to be organized by city, but I don't really care what city the designer is from as long as they're good at making OS X icons. 
OTOH, there are some quite talented designers and artists right here...
Well, would it be alright if I were to offer them $100...?
