Here it is, I made it as loud and as annoying as possible (just like my personality), while still staying in the MacNN signature guidelines!

So what do you all think?

[EDIT] Made the sig actually work. These boards need a preview option like Slashdot has. [/EDIT]

We won't need big windows to see you coming!

It'll be much easier if you just comply.

Actually, that looks very damn cool

Nice.

See people? It doesn't have to be 500x700 pixels to draw attention

I'm still trying to get mine to work.
WOW, not only is it the wrong size, it's the wrong sig. That's my business one.

Sig. removed at the request of Ivan's Carpet Care attorneys.

Yes it does.

Put it in your Pictures folder, and use the following link, which you must alter:
http://homepage.mac.com/USERNAME/.Pi.../IMAGENAME.JPG

Enter it *EXACTLY* as that is, substituting your imagename and username.

I made a new sig a couple days ago... it was originally meant to be pixels breaking up.. fading away... but then I made it kind of aquaesque then I put something underneath it and beveled. Now you can just barely see the pixelated texture and that it is actually fading away.

Because you're linking the HTML file of your Photo album instead of the picture itself.
The correct URL for your sig file is this:

http://homepage.mac.com/limac_g3/.Pictures/signature%202.jpg

I made one too.

I've fallen prey to the temptation of creating a signature.

It just calls more attention to your posts. I like it.

You HAVE to crop it down man!
The size of your sig is WAY beyond the maximum of the sig guidelines.
I can give you a hand with image processing if you need, just contact me on ICQ (74546153) or email.

A question: If I change my sig, will it change in all the messages I've already posted?

What the nerd community most often fail to realize is that all features aren't equal. A well implemented and well integrated feature in a convenient interface is worth way more than the same feature implemented crappy, or accessed through a annoying interface.

My church has just acquired a Quadra, and asked me to fit it out with software. I was feeling a bit nostalgic

I think amorya's and mine make a particularly nice pair, one after the other. Sort of a historical progression.
