It means "Read The Effin' Link." In this case, that would be the links he posted explaining a cartel, oligopoly, etc, which is presumably how he got to the conclusion that no cartel was involved.
That could also apply to the actual case, which I posted earlier in the thread. It might help you understand how/why you're disagreeing with the Canadian Courts' interpretation of our Charter.
