It may be my imagination, but it seems as though applications are taking longer to launch under 10.2.1 than they did under 10.2. Worst offenders are Entourage, IE, iTunes, and the System Prefs panel. Has anyone else noticed this? Any possible fixes?

I didn't notice any difference... anyway, you can try to use PlusOptimizer to
defragment your disk. The update has changed a lot of files, and this
may affect app launch speed.

definitely longer for me, but I am running it on slightly outdated hardware. Still its slower than 10.2... I'll try that PlusOptimizer, thanks.
