Hi,

Will one of these drives work in my Albook 1Gz?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...ubCategory=380

My PB is ATA6, not 7, correct?
Also, what are the differences between those 3 drives?

Thanks!

The one on the right (7K60) works flawlessly in my 12" 867MHz. The middle one (E7K100) is optimised for server (blade) use, not for notebooks (it's a power management thing). The 7K100 seems to be new, but should work as well.

You may want to check out the hard drive database at xlr8yourmac.com (they also have instructions how to change the drive).
