I'm spending the holiday with my wife's family, and we're going to have an excellent time. I hope everyone has a great Christmas!

Thanks! Merry Christmas to you as well. I'll be here in Colorado on Christmas day, but I'm going back to Washington on Friday to have Christmas then.

Edit: It's a pity that I'm feeling so bad this Christmas though. I woke up this morning with a high fever, a migraine, an ear infection and a soar throat. It hurts so bad to even swallow water.

We’re postponing Christmas two days here, since my stepmum’s working night shifts on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. So happy Boxing Day to us and merry Christmas to the rest of you

(This thread is way too late for big parts of Euroland, by the way: technically speaking, Christmas is already over here.)

I didn't think that we could have an official thread on teh 'NN if besson3c didn't start it.

But Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!

Yeah, it's always nice when one poster single handedly renders the word "official" utterly meaningless in any thread title.

Oh and, Merry Christmas! It's the first in a long time that's felt truly Christmassy.

Here's to many more!

Ahh, well if besson3c gave Glenn the authority, then I guess it really is Official!

3 minutes until Christmas!

Just because it is Christmas, I give *everybody* here the authority to start official threads, but just for Christmas day in your timezone...

Merry Christmas. Its 12:12 am and we just finished with all of the wrapping and stuffing of stockings. Time to get a few hours sleep before the brood awakes.

Enjoy your day.

I still have a gift to wrap and I'm trying to figure out how to do it without tape.

Just had my family over at my house for a Christmas eve meal. It was good seeing everyone again and had a lot of fun playing Wii, Guitar Hero, and Texas Hold-em.

Now it's time to wrap a few more presents and get some rest before tomorrow.

Merry Christmas everyone!

MERRY CHRISTMAS, everyone!

Wow, that coloring sure was time-consuming and unnecessary.

I've already opened gifts, and I'm hitting the road to meet grandparents and family members for two days of...well, most likely boredom.

Then I guess a good single malt is out of the question, then?

I feel your pain about timing. My wife's a nurse, and gets to have Christmas off on alternate years. This year we lucked out, next year we won't. We shifted Thanksgiving this year because she worked that day this year. But it's all good when family is together, even if you don't celebrate on the same day everyone else does.

Sorry about the timing-I didn't get to post until late, even for here. And I wanted to post before anyone else decided to post an "official" Christmas thread.
