well you could re produce it relatively easily... It would be quite easy once you find a like type and convert it to outlines. no idea really on what font it is, never seen it

I found this website to be a good resource on finding what font something is...
http://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/
you upload an image of the font and it trys to figure out what font it is. it'll break that image up by letter and it'll walk you through the setup and it'll find the font for you. It really is a wonderful resource.

I tried using your image and it gave me several fonts close to what it could be... I think this was the best of the bunch..
Freeline-Cruise Express, $69 for the entire font family or $11.50 for the specific one your looking for... Not a bad deal if you ask me, for $12, you got your font..
