More importantly, how do I get rid of it?

Been trying out a bunch of different GUIkits with ShapeShifter, but am not currently using SS, having switched back to Aqua and then Iridium w/ ThemeChanger. Also tried, and uninstalled, a bunch of Safari skins with SafarIcon. That's all I can think of as possible culprits go, although I'm unclear as to why SS mods should stick, nor that there was any such option in SafarIcon.

Got any ideas? That line is getting on my nerves, it shouldn't be there.

If using Safaricon, uncheck "perforated tabs" before switching themes...
