Is there anyone else out there, having the same problem?

When I scroll the names in Address Book they are blurred and image is distorted.

Is there a way to fix this?

I haven't had this problem with Address Book yet. Maybe you could delete the prefs file to see if that clears it up.

Thank you in advance

In your home folder, browse to /Library/Preferences and delete the com.apple.AddressBook.plist file and see if that fixes the problem. You will have to relaunch Address Book to see if it worked.

Does this occur only in Address Book?

It sounds a bit like a display refresh problem, sometimes associated with the display card drivers. I used to get a similar thing in Safari, but it seems to have gone away after the last few OS updates.

For the moment it happens only in Address Book and it looks really strange.

It started 4 weeks ago, and I hoped that it will stop when I install Panther (but it did not).

If I was using windows I would think "virus", but as I have Virex and am really careful, I do not think that's the problem.
