10.6.6 didn't break Letterbox, but 10.6.7 does. Damn!

Well, @#$!^@$#&@*^). It still doesn't fix the compatibility issue with external 3rd party monitors. Get your act together Apple.

Have you filed a <href="http://bugreport.apple.com">radar</a> about this? If you don't report it, then it never happened. Likely this is something specific to your setup, and may be a corner case that Apple is not aware of. Or... you could just have junk hardware... Mock-swearing on some random forum is not going to get it solved.

It's been reported by me, albeit so far with just 10.6.5 and 10.6.6. I'll report it with 10.6.7 too soon enough. And it's been reported by several on the Apple Discussion Forums with the previous OSes. The monitor has worked fine for years... until 10.6.5. My old install of 10.6.4 worked fine with the same monitor too, and the monitor works fine with my other computers.
Apple - Support - Discussions - 10.6.5 & 10.6.6 External Monitor ...
It's not exclusive to this particular iMac either, as others have similar issues with other recent Mac hardware.

Posting on the discussion forums won't get it to the people it needs to get to. What you want to use is:
