I agreed to copy some in-house demonstration DVDs for someone who has already paid me and still waiting. If it's a software issue I can probably find a solution at apple.com, but if it's hardware I need to take my MPB in for servicing and in that case the sooner the better.
Is there any way to determine whether its a software or hardware issue? Like I say, disks play fine, it's just that blank disks won't mount.
