Is there anyway to download YouTube videos available in HQ in HQ for iTunes?

Switching to HQ and then looking through the Activity window for the only item measured in MB and option-double-clicking that should download the HQ video.

I think the bookmarklet at keepvid.com will let you download the h.264 version if there is one.
