Hi

I have gone an installed a whack of fonts in OSX (over 1200).. I think I may have some weirdness going on somewhere.. some app startup times and login time are waaaay longer than normal. Thought I would go in and clean house - put fonts back in maybe as I need them or in groups so I can trouble shoot.

Could someone please list for me the stock set of OSX installed Fonts?

I tried looking through the Font panels.. but what I really need is a listing of contents inside the HD>Library>Fonts folder. I think it was empty with original System fonts residing in HD>System>Library>Fonts

Thanks!

godzookie2k, thank you for your speedy response..

Are you sure those are the fonts in the HD>Library>Fonts folder? and not the HD>System>Library>Fonts folder?

I have almost the identical list in the System>Library>Fonts folder.

I am thinking the folder I have the fonts in is usually empty?

[Edit: godzookie2k posted /Library/Font's contents a minute before I did. He doesn't have any extra fonts in it]

MAAAAN, YOU guys RULE

godzookie2k and Ibson - Thank you very much.

I cleaned house and startup times are all normal again :-)

Some App's were taking a lot longer to start than normal (like over a minute longer).. Illustrator wouldn't recognize any font families over 'H' and my Login time was just horrible. I am on a Ti550/768MB.

When moving over the older fonts (I have almost 100% PostScript for print work) am I to be moving the Screen and Printer fonts? I notice the new families in OSX are bundled as one.. what's the word?
