Use heavier shielded speaker wire.

I've got the same issue, but my dorm is right next to my University's College of Communication... and they broadcast radio signals. I assume I'm screwed (computer speakers).

Don't try to outweird me, I get stranger things than you free with my breakfast cereal.

What kind of speakers do you have?

First thing, you should get twin-shielded speaker cables. If you have expensive speakers, their em shielding should be good enough.

What kind of setup do you have?
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.

I believe there is shielded conduit you can buy to run cables through.

I've got these, nothin' fancy.

They randomly stopped picking up radio signals a few minutes ago, but I might go for some of your shielded speaker cables anyway.

In some dorm rooms at my college you can actually hear the radio station just by putting your ear up to the outlet. It also makes its way into every poorly shielded speaker on campus. Really annoying.

Shielded audio cables (not speaker wires; these are amplified speakers, so the speaker wires are unlikely to be the source of interference) might help.

Also try reversing the polarity of the power supply, if you can. Play around with the grounding. It might be the source.
