I found the link on macbytes.com i think,

Just follow the instructions and it works like a charm.

Thought it a good idea to tell this to people thinking of buying an external mouse for scrolling, or forking out however much it is for that sidetrack software to do the same thing.

sorry, but i am only 2 months into macs, and i have been reading about sidetrack and two finger scrolling, it is easy to install and use sidetrack (for the newbie that is)?

just looking for a yes or no

n00b - sidetrack, for now (he's making an installer for the darwin-native (darwin is the OSX "dos" code) kernel that will be just as easy of an install as sidetrack).

IMO, I'd prefer darwin source vs not.

yea this rocks. I find it far better than sidetracker... because the thing I find i use the trackpad to scroll is large pictures/workspaces... especially left-right, and with this hack you can scroll X and Y simultaneously which is gold!

gold!
