Just to start out, my iPod's name a few days ago was "jaysipod".
I'm doing a project in school where I'm making a video with abunch of other students. A few of us use our iPods to transfer songs. One of these people is name Corry. I don't really know what happened, but I left my iPod alone for a little while, and I also let her use my firewire once, but my ipod was named "corrysipod" (It was still my iPod, of course). So I changed the name back to jaysipod. But iTunes still reads it as corrysipod. Even if I go to /Volumes via the Terminal, my iPod is called jaysipod. This is true everywhere (including the iPod's "About" section) except in iTunes.
Eh... What's happening?

I'm assuming you renamed it in the Finder.

...and if you rename it in iTunes instead?
