Well, we’ll just see about that.

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone. Even after the really [insert your own descriptive expletive here] year we’ve had, my wife and I have a lot to be grateful for.

I had two major surgeries, which meant I had to re-start physical therapy three times, but I’m still kicking. And doing better and better every day.

My medical issues made me stop working. But while I love my profession, that particular workplace was toxic. It took a sort of deus ex machina event to make me get out of there. And it turns out that the short term disability insurance my employer offered was actually more than good enough to help us with it.

So I really feel blessed, and I am extremely grateful for so very much. Including, no doubt, my online pals here.

Why you insist on this whole big thing I'll never know but it keeps you all happy.

Enjoy the eating. It is both amazing and great!

Stay safe, stay healthy, stay rad.

GF has been cooking a vegetarian feast that's about ready, no factory farmed anything here, which I feel pretty good about. I still like eating meat, but I live near some large scale farms and fuck them. I used to make fun of vegetarians and vegans but I'm thankful my friends/family have shown me what I was really supporting.

Thankful for all the knowledge of hardware/software I gained on this forum, and the interesting dialogue. Cheers dudes!
