Does this Mouse (5 buttons) work w/o the bluetooth adapter on the new Powerbooks that has it built in?

Yes, but you'll have to wait for Panther for functionality on the 4th and 5th buttons (side buttons).

Hmmm. . . . I have the regular Wireless IntelliMouse how and after you d/l the driver you could use the 4th and 5th (back and forth) buttons. Are there no drivers to the Bluetooth one?

Thanks again.

There are a couple of threads about this topic down below i believe. From what the people report, they say that the mouse sucks with osx beecause it tends to skip around the screen.

Really? Hmmm. . . let me do a search then. Some guy on SpyMac is selling it for 45 bucks, + 4 shipping.

I have a logitech BT mouse and its working fine for me. I can program expose on teh side buttons, but I you can't program the buttons in general. I've been told that Gamepad Companion works for programing buttons.
