Cock and bull. I presented the facts. British cuisine is the most renowned in the world followed by French and Italian. Spanish food is fine, quite oily though and not nearly as good as what your Moroccan neighbours eat.

Why is this thread bad? Better than the vast majority of threads, particularly those with bickering.

So, we've finally found a topic that is free of controversy that we can talk about without a fight and/or bickering ensuing... Cool!
Spaghetti - fair game
Kid's english paper - no go
David Bowie - no go
Anna Benson - no go
hmmmm..... I'm sure there are others, my memory is failing me

I object to spaghetti being fair game. One should not mock the earthly version of a god.

So, it seems like the best strategy to make MacNN a happy environment is to make every thread about spaghetti...
This seems like a sound strategy to me, are you guys game?

True... spaghetti does sort of have connections to the FSM, since the FSM is made out of spaghetti.
*sigh* I suppose that this thread is dead now. Maybe a thread about butterflies would survive?

Butterflies are the fashion models of the insect world. They give an unhealthy image standard for other insects.

Bah, butterflies are way to skinny for me, it's like ramming your pelvis into a wall for an hour. Give me a moth any day, at least then you can't see its exoskeleton.

Yes. It’s quite good. No huge difference in taste, but it makes you full faster, so you eat less (which I generally consider a Good Thing™, since I have a bad habit of ending up eating two huge meals per day, rather than four small ones).
