Please help! 'Transhuman' font by +ISM needed

	I'm really hoping somebody can help me here - I need this font, Transhuman by +ISM : Unfortunately, the contacts are all dead and no vendors are actually carrying this font at the present time, so I can't actually purchase it. Any help would be greatly appreciated =) I'm pretty desperate. I need both the english and katakana as Mac Postscript (although I'd settle for the Windows Truetype). Thanks =)
