I wasn't quite sure where to post this. Anyway, here goes ...
In Preference I set my Tracking Speed to the fastest setting, and it still isn't up to my needs. I just switched from a Win XP machine and when I had it set on fastest it was much faster. I'm not quite sure on what to do? Getting a mouse pad/etc. isn't the problem. I want my mouse to be faster!! Is there any kind of third party software out there to fix this? I'd appreciate any kind of help. Thanks
(oh and I've downloaded the fastest drivers and everything too)

Most likely use the MS Intellimouse prefs app and tell it not use apple's tracking settings.
