I need to turn off the headers and footers that Camino prints, but there isn't any UI to do it. I've tried playing with the prefs.js file, but haven't had much luck. Can anyone offer any advice? Thanks!

Sorry to dredge up a REALLY old thread, but someone last year from the Camino team private-messaged me and offered up a custom build of Camino that respected the header-footer preferences in the *prefs.js file.

That worked great, and I was hoping that whoever that was could PM me again, as we would really like the same hack done to a newer build (one of the recent nightlies, or something).

Thanks!

(Unless anyone knows of a way with recent versions to disable header/footers without resorting to hacks - I couldn't find any exposed UI for it, and regular builds ignore all settings in the pref files referencing header/footer printing.)
