Looking for a grid mileage app

So here's my quandary:
I travel between a certain set of buildings for work, and I keep track of my mileage as such:
<Date 1>
-----
Bldg 1 -> Bldg 4
Bldg 4 -> Bldg 3
Bldg 3 -> Bldg1
Bldg 1 <-> Bldg 2
<Date 2>
-----
Bldg 1 -> Bldg 3
..etc, etc. Sadly, the business office needs mileage in actual miles per month, and calculating all that out would be a chore. I've got a table that lists the distance between every building and every other building, but that still means doing a lot of boring arithmetic for each and every trip.
Is there an app out there that I can just enter my grid into, and then start entering trips and have it spit out my mileage? I guess a whole dedicated app might be overkill - you could probably do it in Excel if you really wanted to, but sadly I'm just not that skilled with Excel.
Suggestions?

I would guess that one of the mapping/directions/gps programs can do this, but I can't think of one that does off the top of my head.
If the number of buildings is reasonable I could cook up an Excel worksheet to do it for you.

Cool; is 8 (soon to be 9) buildings reasonable? I've got the distance table already, I just don't know how to do the lookups in a programmatic kinda way.

Yea, 9 buildings is only 36 paths. Post the list here or email it to [email protected] (yes, it's valid, you're not the first person to ask).
