Cafepress spam advice: Ask to be removed

Got a spam mail a couple of days back, for a religious chappie no less. The end of the world is, apparently, nigh and he's written a book about. The spam resolves to a cafepress shop where he's selling his book. So, I mail cafepress, telling them that this chap is in violation of their tos and to please tell him to stop spamming people.
