I saw this making the rounds. Haven't read it yet, but I assume this is a "wait and non-sensationalist news will come out" kind of story.

Yeah, it's one of those things where reasonable explanations are about all exhausted, and one explanation (artificial structures in orbit) is one that would fit the observations. But certainly no evidence. Yet.

I think it's called a class 2 civilization when beings are capable of harnessing the full power of a solar system. Or is that class 3? Could be cool if we point radio telescopes at the thing and hear unnatural signals.
