I don't have an external hard drive of sufficient capacity, so can I connect both Time Capsules to my network and copy files from one to the other using the Finder? Will that work for the Time Machine .sparseimage files as well?

How do I connect them physically? Do I plug the WAN port of unit 2 into the LAN port of unit 1?
