A game like the freeway scene in Matrix Reloaded?

I just re-watched Matrix Reloaded and the freeway scene was just so awesome. I thought "gee, driving against traffic on a freeway while fighting off my enemies would be so much fun to do in real life." Needless to say, I'm not going to be doing this anytime soon. The next best thing would be a game--does anyone have any suggestions for a game who's excitement level is as comparable as that freeway scene in Reloaded? Does anything like the freeway scene happen in any game?
Thanks for your suggestions in advance..

Haha! (wipes tears from eyes).
For driving, I recommend GTA or many of the new car racing games that take place on freeways with other cars -Try Burnout (for Xbox, PS2, GC).
For fighting, go old school and get Mame+ROMS. I rememeber a bunch of old side scrolling games (like DD) had freeway fights. It was a big theme in the '90s. A game, something like Hammerhead (a spy game, don't have mac in front of me) for Mame, had a neat motorcycle chase that had shooting and fighting.
But, no, there is no game I can think of that really meets what you want. Maybe "True Crime"?

What's this Double Dragon thing and why are people 'seconding' it? There was never any "against-traffic freeway-driving" in Double Dragon. Not in the arcade, not in 1, 2 or 3 in the NES version not in Super Double Dragon on the SNES...not in *any* Double Dragon.

My bad, I think it was Ninja Gaidan for NES. You seem to be up on your Double Dragon!

Burnout 2 - Game Cube Version
(Well I have the game cube version)
You drive races where you get bonuses for the wrong side of the road, near misses and power slides.
Great game

I was going to mention this too. Extremely fun game! And some of the later missions get pretty challenging. The crash system is fantastic.
And yes, there is always the Enter the Matrix game. But the highway scene in it was hardly what I would call exciting. Don't play that game, it's crap.
