I'm looking for software to at least view the metadata in DV files. For example, with Quicktime Player 6, you could see the date the video was shot as the camera recorded it which is information I want. Well I can't seem to figure out how to view that with Quicktime 7. So I'm wondering if there is software out there that will show me that information.
Also, is there any good DV management software that doesn't require you to store the DV on tapes? I'm going to burn a bunch of DV to DVD and would like to categorize them in some way so I know what video is on what disc without searching through them. I've seen some DV library software but the ones that look decent all expect you to import the video from tapes. Mine is already ripped off the tapes.
