Ticking sound coming from a .pkg package? Don't let the .bom go off! Inspect it first with Pacifist. Macworld - five mice!

Quite silly.

On a somewhat related note, I was sort of, kind of (not really) trying to learn Swift, when I couldn't find the compile button. I remember XCode having a compile button before, and was lost for a few minutes. I then realized that the playgrounds in Swift 2.0 (or even before) are executed on the fly, so there is no need for a button.

I had some weird problems with playgrounds. I'd make some changes, they wouldn't run. Pressed STOP, PLAY, nothing happened. I finally got the hang of having to wait for it. The thing needs an "I'm thinking" notification (like a progress bar or something).

Yeah, sometimes I stick a log in a playground just to see if it's still updating.

And to think, I used to get in trouble for sticking a log in the playground.
