Hi All

I've been unable to ID this font. It strongly resembles but is not University Roman.
Any Ideas?

Thx, W2

For those too lazy to click the link, here’s the correct image:

It looks really familiar to me, too, but I can’t think of where I know it from. I’m pretty sure I don’t have it.

Have you tried just contacting N.T. Callaway and asking them? Someone there might know.

Thx for setting up the image – I haven't figured out how to do that. They are already a client have no idea what font it is... I'm beginning to suspect that the orginal was "hand drawn" or manipulated from something like Letraset. It's origin probably dates from the early '70s. Perhaps due to the years of "copies of copies" it's gained weight and soften around the edges. (just like me )

Click on “All sizes”. There should be a box underneath the picture with both HTML and forum code to paste, then.

almost university roman... the serifs are not so long and spiky, and the weight seems thicker. (maybe repeated copying did it, or maybe not?)
