with this recent outbreak of public polls, I'm beginning to wonder if we're straying from the ideals on which this country was founded - the idea that one can vote for something ridiculous without being looked down upon by cooler people.

So I ask you, MacNN, should this poll have been public?

This is the kind of silly audacity the Lounge has been lacking.

I voted for Laminar sucks, but it is unclear what he is sucking. But it is clear that he is definitely sucking. Yet I don't know why.
But suddenly a new contender has emerged...

Crap. I should have known something was up. You don't make mistakes. In my defense, I was trying to get the poll and options posted before Dakar made some snarky remark, so there was no time for proofreading. I'm just surprised that the iPod didn't auto-correct it.

So apparently either Dakar has voted with each iteration of his name, or we have three liars. If only there was some way to tell who voted for which options!

George tries on a wedding ring to attract women at a party, and it backfires repeatedly. If this doesn't spark your memory, then you need to get off the Venture Bros. for a while and go study up.

You become a wholer, better, fuller person.

(Nothing necessarily against Miatas—I barely know what they are—but Seinfeld is quite possibly the least amusing ‘comedy’ show ever thought up.)

I'll bet Laminar is wishing this was a public poll so he be could mildly irritated at the 12 people who thinks he sucks.

Hint: I voted for you suck, just because I think this poll should have been made public and voting "yes" just didn't demonstrate that enough.

With ten votes, you should have to wonder only about 5 of them
