Hey guys,

I've got my first job for a real client and I think I've finished the site. I'm presenting it to them later on this afternoon. What I wanted to ask was:

Do you have a checklist that you go through with a site before handing it over to the client?

I think everything is alright - but I want to be 100% sure - this client wants their ENTIRE site redesigned later on and I want this one to go like a dream so they'll come back.

This and this are the only two things that I would think to check.
Change your world and you will change your mind.

Thanks. Its for an event in our local area. A careers expo. I'm only getting paid $150, and I've done way more than I should have. I'll try and post a screenie sometime soon.

Good colors, doesn't conform to a grid, but the flow is good.

Good job

All of it looks ok except one little thing. Those cicles with lines. Atleast make the lines point towards the center of the cirlces. Better yet, change them to gears. I always like gears.

The circles with lines weren't my creation. It's part of their logo thing that the graphic designer for the print publication came up with. I just got the .AI and changed their colour.

You know what, I just don't like those circles. They suck. Maybe fixing the lines will fix it. The lines being askew look off track. I want my carrer to be on track, to the point.

Oops, my second post was before you made your response.

I still hate the circles.

He did a screen shot off a PC...

Anyway... looks fine... though I don't understand how if all you did was that one page how you did any work with more than 150 bucks... whatever looks fine. Are they gona be making changes or? I don't know what you'd go over with them, I'd just make sure they were happy with everything it's supposed to do.

You think? It was a non-for-profit organisation... but I won't go cheap on their main site - it'll be way too much work for that.
