Ladies and gentlemen, lately my sexyness has suffered. I am too fat, which makes me sad. So in 2006, I vow to shed 12 kg to look sooo good again. Please suggest tips on how to lose the weight fast and simple. Wish me luck and say goodbye to the fat, unatractive Cubeoid and prepare for a sexy new Cubeoid!

Here is how I appear now (roughly):

and the future me:

If you don't run already, do this "Couch to 5KM" program...
http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml
I lost 25KG by taking up running along with better eating habits thanks to weightwatchers.

And no more cheeseburgers.

Try turning off the computer! </End> of problem.

I'm also going to dedicate to losing the pound and half of flubber that I gained eating all these holiday meals. Wish me luck. I'm going to need it.

Good luck with your diet Cubey!

Maybe you could just make a life-sized maze like you have in your sig, and lose weight trying to find your way out of it?

try to be vegetarian. saying "I'm vegetarian" is a lot less depressing than saying "I'm on a diet."

and exercise is key. not only does it burn energy, it takes up a lot of that extra time you might otherwise spend agonizing over how hungry you are. you don't feel hunger as much when your mind and body are active.

also, if you don't know what you're doing when it comes to diet (I certainly don't), take some daily vitamins. nothing worse than going on a starvation diet and then becoming malnurished but still overweight.

It depends on your metabolism, i used to be quite overweight 5'11"/220lbs and a drug induced starvation diet worked wonders for me, dipping down to 130lbs and now i hover around a healthy 150lbs mark (notwithstanding a small spike during this xmas period ) - and god it was easy, so effortless. Probably wouldn't recommend it to everyone but hey, i know i'd never commit to a daily 5 mile run or anything. And as a bonus, now i have these huge leg calf and leg muscles from lugging around all that extra weight before!

You can't eat all those hamburgers, you hear me you ridiculous man?

I am not gay. As for the current me, that isn't the best picture, the penis is hidden and it was a lousy photographer which has since been fired, rest assured my penis is existant and fully operational.

I join you Cubeoid. I just went for a big long walk (not a fast one, but involved crazily dancing with my cousin so as to scare passers by, so it took up some energy). Now I have to work on the food thing. Gah, it's crap when someone else buys all your food.

I didn't want to say anything, but now that you mention it-- you do look a little malnurished, although look at how much weight you lost! [/(bad?) joke]

Anyway, good luck on your diet, Cubeoid!

I wish you all the best Cubeoid, my friend.

Eating in moderation is important. For long lasting weight loss there is not quick way. Exercise is important.
