Mac OS X 10.2.8 (with all security updates)

We've got a workstation that is having Freehand 10 (OS X side crashing). It seems to happen after a print job has been sent and the computer is sitting idle and then the person tries to go into Lotus Notes (Classic). Trying to find specific information to what the Consol crash log means has not been easy. I did find an Apple document stating that it the problem was the OS for printing but the problem was fixed after 10.2.3. I have deleted the printing, Freehand 10, and Classic Preferences, repaired all disk permissions, single booted and ran fsck -y which found the Volume Bit Map with minor damage, was repaired. Also booted from OS X install CD and ran Disk Utility from there and did not find any problem. I also upgraded Freehand 10 to 10.0.1.67. It is still crashing.

Here is information on two of the crashes:

I've found a good number of threads that show similiar information. How do you interpret this information and what do needs to be done to fix Freehand 10 from crashing? Where can I get information on how to read and understand the logs?

Do I need to just re-install Freehand 10?

My company does not have one of the newer Utilities (Norton or Disk Warrior) to work on OS X. I'm trying to push to get Disk Warrior 3 (Norton Utilities 7 was terrible and I haven't been impressed with the version 8 reviews). Any suggestions?

Any help would be great!
Thanks in advance!
