I just bought a Remington 597 .22LR rifle for target practice, and I was hoping to print out a photo of Ashcroft to use. Does anyone know where to find one? The CIA is going to cart me off one of these days, might as well be now.

Any recomendations for other targets? Remeber, this'll be at a range with conservative NRA members.

You aren't funny.

I have a question: Did your parents realize they were sending you off to school only to become dumber by the time you got finished? Now there is a waste of money spent on an education.

BTW: It would probly be the Secret Service that knocks on your dorm room door, not the CIA.

Suggestions for other targets:

Yeah, sure as long as you are trying to be funny, how about a self-portrait.

Jeez, if I wanted that kind of response I'd have posted in the political lounge. Thanks, I'll just look for them myself.

It would be funnier if you use a self-portrait. seriously.
Just think of all the weird looks you will get when you pull it in and show off how well you grouped your shots to people nearby.

Or how about these suggestions?

- Disney Characters
- Pictures of known people who are already dead for many years
- Family pets photos
- Weird pictures of fruits and vegetables

Come on, be creative, you use a Mac!

How about Micheal Moore? That would be a easy target to start out with.

Like hitting a broad side of a barn,

That ones clearly illegal. It's considered training for an assassination.

I remember reading a book about Secret Service investigations from way back when. Someone got a visit from the SS. Shooting a painting of the president isn't legal.

Probably is legal as long as you do it in your home, in a private way.

A lot of ranges ban the use of human images, even if the humans in those images are dressed as robbers. There's a public range near where I live that won't let you use human images at all, only solid black silhouettes or bullseyes.

Ghost Flash actually has a point this time; be creative, use your Mac. Photographic images as shooting targets is bad karma, regardless of whomever you have in mind. Instead, how about caricatures of Asscroft and the rest of the administration and your Osamas of the world?

Note: The lumping of the administration and the "Osamas of the world" is purely coincidental and does not necessarily reflect the views of MacNN and ASIMO, nor is anything to be inferred by the "nationally enthusiastic" among us.

I, ASIMO.
