this is very weird
Just got this 17" PB with everything
PB 17" 1.5Ghz/1.5GB RAM/10.3.5/Airport etc...
I swear that it had Bluetooth
(i have the receipt saying that it came with BT)
i even saw it on the preferences and on the upper monitor icon
but never actually used it until yesterday when
got an Apple wireless keyboard and mouse.
then out of the sudden is gone
I tried pretty much everything...
~ Verify and Repair Permissions
~ Making a new admin account
~ system profiler info (Can't see any BT)
~ Bluetooth setup assistant (BT not found)!!!!!!!
I don't know what else to do...
I can't find it
the only thing that i added was 1GB of OMNI RAM
and a Lacie PCMCIA card.
has anyone had this problem?
can anyone help me out?
maybe the module became unattached?
is the module soldered in or not?
Hope someone can help me out with this one ???
