There is a small crack in the case by the superdrive. Pictures show it. The Apple store actually did it, although it's probably too late to complain- I put in a CD which was too big to fit in a slot-loading drive- The NiN dual-Layer CD/DVD, and it got stuck- Apple hurt the plastic part of the case getting it out.

Yontsey's may be a better deal though, in looking at it. Mine is the larger machine, and has applecare, but I'm not sure how much those matter.

G'd Luck.

Keep us in the loop, and good luck.

It might make sense to wait until after WWDC to see if they announce a bump to the Merom (Core 2 Duo) procs.

I still have the one I mentioned, but I'd have to be a straight up trade. http://forums.macnn.com/showthread.php?t=293280
I understand if you're not interested.
