I'm looking for a better calendar app than the included one. The main feature I absolutely need is a week view, where it shows the entire work week in the sort of block view the iPhone calendar does in the daily view. It also has to feature ISO week numbers somewhere. Any recommendations?

The new Mac Pro has up to 30 MB of cache inside the processor itself. That's more than the HD in my first Mac. Somehow I'm still running out of space.

This one got a good review in Macworld and was mentioned just this week in a top productivity apps article. Readdle
The screen shots show week numbers, I don't know if that's what you're looking for.

Wow, I must have missed that I got responses on this one... I ended up buying WeekCal, and it's worked very well so far. It's one of those that you can configure until the cows come home, but I think I have it set up well now.
Weeknumbers: There are two standardized ways to number the weeks: The international ISO standard, which says that week 1 is the first week with 4 days in the new year with weeks starting on Monday, and the US standard, which says the exact same thing except weeks starting on Sunday (so the numbers are off once every 7 years on average). The problem is that a lot of apps simply start counting a new week on January 1st, no matter which day that is. Excel does that, for instance, which is highly annoying. I think it's an old standard. Since we talk a lot about week numbers at work, I absolutely need it to have the ISO numbering. It's not all that uncommon, but not everything has it and quite a few apps get it wrong.

FWIW, Calvetica does get weeknumbers right, and offers Sunday or Monday as the start of the week.

Calvetica is really nice. Not too complicated with a thousand option settings like CalenGoo, but it was what I ended up sticking with. CalenGoo and WeekCal are nice, too.

Only disadvantage of Calvetica: it doesn't do automatic timezone support. Don't ask me why. Maybe a bug.
