Can someone enlighten me on why my Safari Browser is suddenly quiting ??? I am using Safari 1.0.3 on my Mac G3 iBook running OSX 10.2.8 Jaguar. I utilize the tab browsing feature regularly and had had no worries. Recently, however, I will have 6 sites tabbed then navigate to one and as the page is loading, Zapp, Safari suddenly guits. How do I remedy this people ??? I have repaired permissions more than once thinking that that would do the trick but not yet. Please advise Macsters !!! Thanks.

^ what I was going to say...
but since i'm here now anyway - i've had this happen to me alot as well. i'm not sure what causes it, but i've had other apps that use WebKit, including Safari all jamm up at the same time as well. not sure if it's something to do with that? well I just use Saft now for the crash protection feature, it saves all your open tabs/windows. that's all i can recommend...

What a trip people. Safari is now operating normally. I don't know what I did but whatever it was, it isn't crashing when loading a webpage. Didn't matter what webpage it was when it was crashing. I do have some items in my input-manager folder that I moved around and some that I trashed completely. Perhaps that did the trick. I did realize that many other Macsters mave experienced similar issues. Wondering why Apple has not addressed it and if there is a patch that could be applied to resolve the situation permanently. That is, if we knew exactly what the issue was. Thanks for all you collective wisdom comrades. YOU ROCK !!!
Peace Out . . .
