My online portfolio is up and running.

I wanted to get some opinions on the design as well as the work included. Any suggestions (and job offers) would be greatly appreciated.

Alot of people aren't big fans of 100% pure Flash sites, and nor am I, but you executed your site very nicely. The only thing I would recommend is to speed up the transitions between sections (resume, portfolio, contact)

very nice. I like the within reach stuff best. Was there art direction on this, or were all the ideas yours? very nice.
Very mellow understated flash, I like. Simple.

Sometimes I wish I had some art direction. But I did all the work from start to finish with critiques from some peers along the way. Glad you liked it.

Speed up your frame rate considerably. This will help. Also, use the EASE function on your tweens. This will give the motion more fluidity.

I find your work quite impressive. Now- thinking back to design school- I was always told you couldn't just say it- you had to explain it. So... your style is advanced I was struck by the color and use of white space. I LOVE WHITE SPACE! (Too bad my clients don't). I won't go into so much detail, but overall, it is an impressive array.
Thanks for sharing.

Now that i look at it some more, it reminds me a LOT of an HP print cartridge.
The colors, the look and feel. Still good work, but the flash needs to be AT LEAST 30 FPS. If you send me your FLA's I'll help you optimize it.
